About PerilBridge
Roofing claims infrastructure for carrier-to-contractor assignment, documentation, supplement visibility, contractor performance, and closeout.
Why PerilBridge exists
Regional and mid-market P&C carriers, MGAs, TPAs, and IA firms often manage roofing repair work across disconnected systems: claim files, contractor rosters, email threads, spreadsheets, photo folders, and status calls. During hail, wind, and hurricane events, that fragmentation makes it harder to see what has been assigned, documented, supplemented, approved, produced, and closed.
At the same time, high-performing roofing contractors need a workflow that values credential discipline, documentation quality, supplement support, response-time visibility, and clean closeout packages. A generic CRM or lead channel does not solve that operating problem.
PerilBridge gives claim teams a roofing-specific infrastructure layer for assigning work to vetted contractors, tracking documentation, managing supplement context, monitoring contractor performance, and assembling closeout evidence without replacing the carrier's core claim system.
The operating layer
- State license — verified against every claim-heavy state's state or local license records where roofing registration applies.
- Manufacturer elite status — GAF Master Elite (under 2% of U.S. roofers) or Owens Corning Platinum Preferred (top ~1%).
- HAAG HCI certification — forensic-level inspection credibility, carrier-recognized.
- COI + workers' compensation — active coverage, additional insured readiness, and lapse monitoring.
- Xactimate Level 2+ certification — the estimating language many roofing claim teams use for scope review and supplement alignment.
- Clean compliance history — no deductible-rebate findings, deductible-rebate awareness, AOB-statute awareness, and disciplinary review during contractor onboarding.
What we're not
We're not a lead broker. We do not position PerilBridge as a homeowner acquisition channel or generic contractor marketplace. The platform exists to support carrier-to-contractor roofing claim workflows.
We're not a deductible-rebate workaround. Contractors are expected to follow applicable deductible-rebate, assignment-of-benefits, licensing, and insurance requirements. Documentation discipline is part of the workflow, not an afterthought.
We're not an Xactimate replacement. PerilBridge works around existing estimating and claim platforms by organizing assignment status, documentation, supplement movement, contractor performance, and closeout visibility.
