Terms of Service

Last updated: April 21, 2026

1. Acceptance

By using perilbridge.com or any PerilBridge service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The PerilBridge service

PerilBridge provides roofing claims infrastructure that helps insurance carriers, third-party administrators, independent adjusters, and vetted roofing contractors coordinate insurance-driven roof work. The platform supports contractor network management, assignment coordination, documentation workflows, supplement visibility, performance tracking, and closeout reporting. We are not an insurance carrier, adjuster, public adjuster, or licensed contractor.

3. Not insurance advice

Content on this site — including pillar guides on insurance-claim processes, AOB, and deductibles — is educational. It is not legal or insurance advice. Consult your carrier, a licensed public adjuster, or legal counsel for your specific claim.

4. Contractor obligations

Contractors accepted into the PerilBridge network agree to maintain their listed certifications, honor all applicable state licensing and insurance requirements, comply with state deductible-rebate statutes (Colorado C.R.S. § 6-22-105, Texas HB 2102, Florida SB 76 / HB 7065 / HB 837), and notify PerilBridge of any disciplinary or regulatory action promptly.

5. No assignment of benefits

PerilBridge does not broker assignment-of-benefits arrangements and does not encourage deductible waivers or rebates. Homeowners are responsible for their own deductible in accordance with their policy and applicable state law.

6. Intellectual property

PerilBridge, the PerilBridge logo, and site content are the property of PerilBridge. Third-party marks (GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, HAAG, Xactware, Xactimate, carrier trademarks) belong to their respective owners and appear for informational and compatibility purposes only.

7. No warranty

The site and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PerilBridge does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any contractor match will result in a particular outcome. Contractor eligibility decisions are based on the information we are able to verify at the time of review.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerilBridge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state where PerilBridge maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Changes + contact

We may update these terms; significant changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. Questions? Reach us via our contact page.
